Have fun, make friends, get some fresh air and learn the basics of track & field as you work your way up to participate at weekend meets and the Junior Development Provincial Championships!

Push yourself to new limits as you train and compete with some of the best High School and University athletes in the province and in the country.

Higher, Faster, Stronger… at any age. Our adult training programs include ordinary North Shore neighbours, and international champions. Often, they become one and the same!
